Terms & Conditions
We do our absolute best to make this the trip of a lifetime and we always want to make sure we are all on the same page. So, by making your deposit with us, you understand and agree to the following:
The trip will book on a first come-first served basis. The first people to send in their deposits will be going on the trip. Note: early registration is encouraged to guarantee your place on the tour.
Basic Tour Price (all prices are in US dollars):
$3750* (Double Occupancy – two people sharing a twin-bed hotel room) including the initial deposit of $1000. This amount is based on payment by cash, check or money order.
Additional Optional Hotel Costs:
- Single Supplement – $990 (your own private room)
- Early Arrival – $100 (double), $200 (single) additional per night
These amounts are based on payment by cash, check or money order.
If you choose to pay using Visa or Mastercard, the cost is as follows:
- Tour Price: $3863 including the initial deposit of $1000.
- Tour with Single Supplement: $4883 including the initial deposit of $1000.
- Early Arrival – $103 (double), $206 (single) additional per night
These prices for payment by credit card reflect the inclusion of processing fees in the amount of 3%.
Tour begins in Bali, Indonesia and does not include International Airfare.
The balance of the tour price including any additional optional costs (like Single Supplement and Early Arrival), must be paid in full by June 15, 2019.
Bali Soul Adventures, Inc., as the business agent of Linggih Ning Tour Consultant and Spa Co. (and not as a travel agent), will provide through Linggih Ning Tour Consultant and Spa Co., all transportation expenses within Bali, lodging, excursions as noted on the Detailed Itinerary, entrance fees as noted on the Detailed Itinerary, the services of expert professional guide Cokorda Istri Ratih Iryani of Linggih Ning Tour Consultant and Spa Co., Bali Soul Adventures tour leader and those meals as noted on the Detailed Itinerary; beverages not included.
All fees are based on current rates of exchange and present listed fares (February, 2018) and are subject to change. We will make every effort to maintain the listed price. In the event prices shall increase, the additional payment must be made to Bali Soul Adventures no later than August 15, 2017.
Basic fees are based on double-occupancy in twin-bed rooms. We will make every effort to accommodate your roommate requests, however, these requests cannot be guaranteed. The earlier you make your deposit and reserve your place on the tour, the more likely we will be able to match you with a roommate.
Items Not Included In The Tour Price:
Transportation from your home to the starting point of the tour in Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia and return, airport taxes, passports, visas, excess baggage charges, laundry or dry cleaning, telephone calls, telexes, faxes, cables, wines, liquors, beer, water, soft drinks, coffee and/or tea, meals not stated in the Detailed Itinerary, excursions listed as optional in the Detailed Itinerary, optional spa services, room service, items of a personal nature and gratuities. Important! Trip cancellation insurance and travel insurance is NOT included although we strongly recommend it and encourage you to obtain travel insurance and a trip cancellation policy. Cancellations:
If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation or to cancel any part of the Tour – for any reason – the following cancellation policy will apply.
Prior to May 12, 2019: All tour monies received, less a $250.00 processing fee and any unrecoverable monies from accommodations and other deposits made on your behalf, will be refunded for cancellations received in writing on or before May 11, 2019.
May 12 – June 15, 2019: A cancellation charge of $500.00, plus any unrecoverable monies from accommodations and other deposits made on your behalf, will be withheld for cancellations received in writing between May 12, 2019 and June 15, 2019.
NO REFUNDS after June 15, 2019: No refunds will be made for cancellations received AFTER June 15, 2019 OR for any portion of the trip unattended. In the event you decide to leave the tour at any time, there will be no refunds and you will be asked to sign a declaration stating that it is your decision to leave the tour. This is a firm policy, please do not ask us to deviate from it. Trip cancellation insurance is commercially available if you have concerns that you may need to cancel the trip and for your protection, we strongly encourage you to take advantage of it. Responsibilities:
Bali Soul Adventures, Inc. acts only as a business agent through Linggih Ning Tour Consultant and Spa Co. (and not as a travel agent) for the suppliers and contractors providing transportation, hotels, and sightseeing activities and neither Bali Soul Adventures, Inc. nor Linggih Ning Tour Consultant and Spa Co. assumes any responsibility, however caused, for your personal injury or personal property loss or damage in connection with any service. For any circumstances arising as a result of military, terrorist, political action, weather, acts of God, criminal or negligent acts of others, or any other circumstances over which Bali Soul Adventures, Inc. or Linggih Ning Tour Consultant and Spa Co. has no control, neither Bali Soul Adventures, Inc. nor Linggih Ning Tour Consultant and Spa Co. shall be liable to you. Bali Soul Adventures, Inc. and Linggih Ning Tour Consultant and Spa Co. reserves the right to alter, reschedule, change or omit any part of the itinerary, reservation, conveyance or routing at any time without notice, where necessary or deemed advisable for the comfort and well-being of the group.
Your Agreement To These Terms and Conditions:
By submitting a $1000 deposit and reserving your place on this tour, you are explicitly agreeing to all of the terms and conditions detailed on this page.
Modifications:
In the future, it may be necessary for Bali Soul Adventures, Inc. to make modifications of the above “Terms and Conditions” and in that event Bali Soul Adventures will forward a copy of such modifications to persons confirmed on the trip both by e-mail and postal mail. The “Terms and Conditions” in effect on the date that tour begins in Bali on September 9, 2019 will be binding on all participants.
